As a company policy, we do not keep a record of individual users' passwords this keeps your systems secure and maintains accountability. So, in most cases, we (PVE Inc. Staff) cannot give you your credentials. We can however reset your password or provide you with information on how you can reset your password.


More specifically with DW Spectrum cloud user accounts this account belongs to you, therefore you can follow the cloud account password recovery as long as you still have access to your email account. To do this please follow the link below.

Once on this page you can click the orange Log In button at the top right of the page, enter your email address associated with your account, and click the orange Next button, you should now see the password entry field and at the bottom, you should see Forgot Password. Please click this and follow the instructions to recover your credential.
