As a company policy, we do not keep a record of individual users' passwords this keeps your systems secure and maintains accountability. So, in most cases, we (PVE Inc. Staff) cannot give you your credentials. We can however reset your password or provide you with information on how you can reset your password.
More specifically, Vicon brand VMS passwords can only be reset so if you are sure you cannot remember your password, please make a service ticket, and someone will reset it for you. Once the password is reset you will be able to log-in with your usual username and 1234 as a password. The system will require you to change this at first login, this new password must be a minimum of 8 and maximum of 20 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, 1 symbol and cannot contain the user name.
