How to disable Bounding Boxes in ViconNet

This article will explain the Bounding Boxes in Viconnet and how to disable them. The newer Roughneck camera series has the ability to show bounding boxes. These bounding boxes were added in the newer FW. While Valerus had an option to disable them in the VMS. Viconnet was a concern. 

In the System settings on the local Viconnet PC, go into the Video Analytics Engine and uncheck the option for Draw Bounding Boxes. Once this is done the bounding boxes should no longer appear on this Viconnet PC. However, you need to turn off the bounding boxes for the NVR(s) as well. Or they will record the bounding boxes.

Another alternative would be to turn off the Museum Search option in the GUI of the Roughneck camera. This would be if you want to turn off the option completely. Keep in mind some sites like to use Museum search for their cameras.
