On occasions ViconNet will not fit the monitor correctly with some buttons off the edge of the screen as shown in the image below.
Firstly you should confirm that the Windows resolution is set correctly and fits the screen and the aspect ratio is correct. Please ensure that the Windows DPI settings are set to 100% (Default).
This resolution should be then copied into ViconNet display settings and the GUI should fit the screen. However after checking the above, ViconNet still wont fit the screen you may need further assistance so please make a service ticket.
