Fonts Issue ( oversized GUI in main screen or Playback Navigator etc )
The linked zip file ' Fonts4VN.zip will remedy issues with ViconNet when the GUI is oversized,
and the portions of the ViconNet screen is cut off.
First thing to check is Windows Font size is set to 100% ' normal size, restart Windows
If the above does not correct this then download this linked file , unzip and run on the customer PC. This updates some fonts in Windows for ViconNet. When running this you won't seen any activity or dialog. Usually have to wait about 4 minutes for this update.
Restart Windows and run ViconNet to confirm ViconNet is OK now.
Download and install from the link below, run it as an administrator restart the O.S once if not ok run that again and restart the O.S.
