A strange effect seen on Valerus where the toolbar icons do not appear when the mouse is hovered above although the tool hints can be seen. Other functions seem to work normally.This can be due to browser restrictions where the Application server needs to be added as a Trusted Site.
Please follow the procedure below. Type in and run gpedit.msc
Navigate to the path as shown and double click where shown:-
Once complete, reboot the PC and re-navigate to the Application server address.
